History

In 2019, the nonprofit Mudita was established in Japan to share diverse art from around the world with Japanese youth in the most accessible way--through the idea of “empathy.” In 2022, the American branch--Mudita America-- was founded and aims to expand Mudita’s shared vision of spreading empathetic connections through arts collaboration. In 2025, Mudita America was nominated as the Best Chamber Music Group for Orlando Weekly’s Best of Orlando.
